Based on a true story. The 7de February 1985, undercover DEA agent Enrique Camarena was kidnapped and murdered on orders from drug lord Rafael Caro Quintero. Camarena fought for years in the front lines against the drug cartels that perventian Mexico. The disappearance of this dedicated agent sparked a massive investigation by the U.S. government. Quickly his colleagues, in the pursuit of justice revealed a conspiracy involving covert military and political relations corruptos.Estableciendo drug cartels and Mexican police. This film is a prequel of Drug Wars: The Cocaine Cartel (1992).
