MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

It tells the story of three generations of women who, in addition to sharing the same name, Cissie Colpitts, also had the three to deal with their marital problems. The first Cissie Colpitts decided to kill her adulterous husband by drowning him in a bathtub.
