MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Johannes does community service as a hospital nurse in the Thuringian Forest. What he wants, really, is to apply for a scholarship to study medicine in Los Angeles, but lacks incentive to start preparing for the exam. One day, while on duty at the hospital, escapes a sex offender. The police organize a massive search in the area. Johannes he meets Anna, a young Bosnian who works as a waitress at a nearby hotel. She proposes to go together to the United States to begin a new life, but his situation unexpectedly complicated.
