MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

Soccer coach Byrd is persuaded by teacher Noo Lek to simply help mentor ten of college's kindergarteners pupils for a tug-of-war competition being staged within the eighteenth National Kindergarten Sports Competition. Dilemmas arise upon learning the guidelines demonstrably state that just 9 players are permitted for each tug of war group. Hence the 10-kid 'Dream Team' must bench one member through the competition. Coach Byrd is forced to deal with a bunch of interfering moms and dads who wish to ensure their kid is showcased in the college group.
