MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1972 film?

Dr. Mabuse is finalizing a diabolical scheme to take over the human will through moonstones waste. Its purpose is to form an army of remote controlled robots, which is entirely at his command and dominate the planet. This is dedicated to kidnapping people about to experience.
