MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Robin goes to a summer campanento where he meets another girl of her age with which quickly befriends. One night, Robin convinces his friend to swim in the lake but it can barely swim and drowns. Back at home you feel guilty and alone, because his mother has taken a job in Bostón and only sees on weekends. One day he meets in the park to Dorothy, a kindly woman who happens to be his new neighbor.
