MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

In a Central American country, Helen McNutty reporter and photographer, who is her boyfriend, were arrested by the secret police after witnessing the atrocities committed by the military against a group of protesters. One year later, and in your country, Helen has become a loner who has trouble at work and binge drinking and smoking while passing sleepless nights. Under the guise of doing a story, contact a clinic for survivors of torture. Anna Lenke, the center's director, decided to submit to treatment, to detect in it the characteristic symptoms of people who have been tortured.
