MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

The cousins Bo and Luke are two young addicted to partying and speed, and very easily to get into all sorts of trouble and problems. In order to feel her head, her parents send them to work throughout the summer at the farm of his uncle Jesse, in Hazzard.
