MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Poko, a child - robot from another dimension, accidentally comes our time because a machine breaks down when Doraemon Nobita is using it to buy in the immense stores of the future. Poko Doraemon and Nobita explained that in their home planet, the evil android Dester intended seize total power. From the shadow, the tyrant controls the designs of the young Queen Jannu and aims to eliminate all the robots of a planet that had once lived in harmony human and mechanical beings.
