MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Trapped in limbo between life gloomy and death, the deceased soldier Rijckx collects the shadows of the dying in order to afford a second chance to come back to life. He is obsessed with a girl he met just before he died, and the idea of seeing his beloved pushes him to try his return to the planet of the living. But when the girl is already in love with someone else, jealousy clouding his mind and drive him to adopt an election full of bitterness that will have consequences.
