MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Alevina is a diplomat who is running for the legislative elections. But I do not care much about his image and he spends chasing women, among which is the girlfriend of his own driver. His popularity is at rock bottom in the polls. Even his own daughter has joined the field of his opponents. Alevina then makes a call to a communications consultant, a Frenchman who is the son of one of his old friends. However, the diplomat suffers from sexual impotence. His wife can not take a husband in this way, and decides to consult a Nganga. Meanwhile, in the bosom of his political party things are increasingly out of control.
