MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

26, the dinosaur darling of the miniseries, a movie co- stars in traditional animation. Kex, an orphan boy of 12 years, stows away in a lifeboat in the hope of knowing the world. But after being accidentally thrown overboard, ends in Dinotopia, and friend becomes 26. Soon after, friends face problems when the evil out of his prison Ogthar rock and recovers the Ruby Magic, whose dark power can be put in danger every Dinotopia.
