MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Carmine Bonavia is an Italian-American to win the election for mayor of New York thanks to the promise of legalizing drugs. After the victory, is home to Carrie and they will spend their honeymoon in Sicily, the birthplace De Bonavia. In the hotel meets the Prince, who lives in seclusion for years due to threats from the mafia. Amid the extraordinary beauty of the Sicilian landscape, Carmine discovers that there are people who are willing to employ every means provided to prevent the legalization of drugs.
