MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Major Ram is one of the couple of soldiers from Indian Army who've been held captive in Pakistan, after the war with Asia. The Indian army and politicians can't make any choice so as to not jeopardize the everyday lives of captives. Major Ram's brother, Arjun, alias Sunny decides to go on it upon himself to enter Pakistan and acquire their bro free. He now calls himself Salman. On the way he fulfills with beautiful Ruksar and both adore one another. Unfortunately for them, they can't be hitched, so they elope, leading to an unrest within their community, and a hunt is on for them. Salman and Ruksar opportunity upon the jail camp that's housing Ram, and do get him free, and then end up caught by Pakistani Jihaadis and soldiers.
