MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

When Mike is left by his girlfriend, he meets Tommy, who just lost his job. The dynamic duo decides deliberately to work as private investigators. Their first case involves a rich man who wants to know if his wife is cheating.
