MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1954 film?

Helga, a teenage German doctor who works during the Second World War in a military health center in the Balkans, is kidnapped by the Yugoslav Partisans. At first try to flee, but then realizes that it can not deny his medical help. Later breaks a typhus epidemic in the camp of the partisans and the need for medicines the doctor has to smuggle them out of the German military hospital. The bridge separating enemy camps becomes persistent irrational symbol of war.
