MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Joseph, a police officer based in the Canary Islands, has become a human being cynical and callous. As a border policeman, has in his hands the fate of hundreds of Africans crossing by boat to the shores of the islands. When Nathalie, a German tourist, witnesses the arrival of a boat full of immigrants and rushes to help the lives of Joseph, Nathalie and Congolese Zola, one of the few survivors with his son Mamadou, intersect.
