MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

Young Dee Renjie arrives at the Imperial Capital, and tries to become a police officer. The Empress Wu, who is discovered early in his reign, Detective Yuchi sent to investigate a sea monster that stalks the city overnight. Coincidentally, both Dee and Yuchi repel the creature when attacking a ceremonial procession leaving the beautiful courtesan Yin to sacrifice to appease the gods. Yuchi has captured Dee. Dee escapes with the help of Dr. Shatuo and together discover the higher strata of society, including the Emperor himself, are addicted to a poisonous tea produced by the famous house of teas Yuan. Yuan, who was románcticamente linked to Yin, has been missing for months. Dee hides the courtesan, who is discovered under the protection of Yuchun, until the sea monster reappears. Just as the two men set out to kill him, Yin make an important revelation.
