MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

Souichi Negishi is a shy boy who leaves his village to go to Tokyo and studied as a kindergarten teacher. Work in a flower shop to get a bit of luck, like movies and French songs, singing and playing the guitar with a melodic pop style and according to friends and family is a good person and kind to everyone. From first seems a normal boy is respectable but who is secretly the leader of one of the most heavy of the Tokyo underground, is Johannes Krauser II the singer and composer of Detroit Metal City. As she puts on her clothes, paint and take the guitar to sing along with his team becomes a totally different person. OVA released direct to DVD in Japan and is divided into thirteen episodes, which adapt the story of an eponymous manga. Due to its success in Japan, the same year of its release, there was a piece of film with real actors.
