MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2014 film?

In 2013 Russian President Vladimir Putin passed a law banning? Psychologists, teachers and even parents who give their support may be subject to fines and imprisonment. Forty-five teens and tweens Russians share their stories through anonymous interviews and video diaries where they explain in detail the harassment and discrimination suffered. and the courage with which they face their stalkers. Their testimonies were collected via Internet in what is called Project Children-404, referring common error message anywhere. Does Russia has entered a new Stone Age ?. The founder of this support group within the system struggle to attract the attention of public opinion and arouse empathy with the victims of this hatred promoted by the government, while the activist Pasha decides to have to leave your country to see fulfilled its desire to find a boyfriend and lead a normal life.
