MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

In a small village of Prchevo in 2006, Montenegrin independence referendum takes place. However in this part of the globe, the locals hide American resident of distant Montenegrin ancestry, to make him 'their man' against Montenegro's freedom. United States Of America actively seeks its citizen through NATO troops, and the air raid on Prchevo is all about to begin with.
