MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1976 film?

The protagonist of the film ? Kluge the most conventional from the narrative point of view ? is Rieche Ferdinand, a former commissioner who, after being expelled from the police because of his lack of enthusiasm by the limitations imposed by the rule of law, finds work as responsible for the safety of a chemical plant. Then having demonstrated his professional zeal crazy staff meanness, Rieche returns to be fired and intends to expose self gaps in the protection afforded to political office in the country. In the radical Ferdinand have, then, a funny satire on one of the characters prototypical of Germany at the time, the petty bourgeois of fanatically obsessed with security.
