MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1956 film?

When his brother Jakob dies, Mathias makes his will disappear, depriving Jakob's partner Paula and their children of their inheritance. To ease his conscience, Mathias asks Paula to marry him - but she hatefully refuses. Years later, Paula receives a letter that could prove the perjury.
