MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1931 film?

When a teen is about to commit suicide with a shot to the head, aaparenta a thief with signing a contract under which the thief agrees to shoot within twelve hours. The teenager out that night to enjoy their last moments of life and meets a girl who falls in love instantly. Search then the thief desperately to terminate the contract, but when finally locates him, he learns that he has transferred the work to a terrible assassin.
