MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1931 film?

The film tells the true story that occurred in 1906, when an ex-convict shoemaker, Wilhelm Voigt was passed by the German army captain taking with the help of soldiers the local council of Köpenick. Under the guise of irregularities in the accounts of the City was able to open her safe and surrender it flows, providing a receipt thereof shall be signed with the name of the director of the prison where he served time.
