MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

Dick is a lonely teenager and also retracted that also lives in the village of Estherslope depressing. One day, he discovers a small revolver and, despite his fervent pacifist, begins to feel a strange and growing attraction for the gun. Aided by a fellow, soon convince others marginalized young people to some extent form a secret club called " The Dandies ", whose philosophy is based on passion for pacifism and guns. Although everyone accepts strictly the golden rule of the club, which is not to ever wield a weapon, the combination of certain adverse circumstances leads them to bypass this rule.
