MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

A doctor working in a psychiatric hospital in Australia begins to investigate the deaths of several patients after suffering terrible nightmares in waking state between life and death. The doctor discovers that a doctor is experimenting with macabre patients to cure them of their mental illness keeping comatose. Dr. struggle to avoid these experiments, but the Machiavellian doctor is willing to go to the limit.
