MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Two hired murderers coincide circumstances of life in the orphanage where they grew up on an island in southern Japan. The contact with the orphanage children makes them take the initiative to practice their professions profits investing in vaccines for poor and needy children of the third world. In one of his "jobs" settled to a " gifted ", which leads to the widow of the deceased to hire three murderers that only communicate via mobile messages to hunt and capture the duo figure. This movie is part of the Dead or Alive saga (1999, 2000, 2002).
