MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

A man discovers that he has been sterile all his life. This means that in addition to that he and his current girlfriend obviously can not have children, their current thirteen year old son is not his. His wife, who died nine years ago, I never told him that the child was not his and, of course, who was the real father.
