MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

We are in the city of Valencia, near the sea, in the warmest August on record. The city has been emptied, and where families lived and operated business now just a devastating feeling of Sunday morning. This is the story of three women back to the sea, on a sweltering city, waiting for an impending total solar eclipse, the first to the last two hundred years.
