MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

The story starts as two missionaries are arrested for illegal proselytizing. Regulations regarding such behavior was setup by the Christian Town Council to oversee the religious and more significantly 'non-Christian' influences within the city. The film follows Thomas Bryant's internal fight as he's ordered to guard the missionaries. As Thomas starts to empathize with the plight of this missionaries, he is confronted with his wife and forced into a confrontation with his friend-turned adversary, James Radner. Thomas becomes the center of animosity inside little city. Their internal struggle becomes the catalyst of life and death-events portrayed in the story, bringing into question the topics of religion and acceptance. The intriguing court battle, as well as an important and astonishing twist of fate for Thomas, cause a good critical ending that will keep the audience thinking why is life memorable and truly important.
