MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1933 film?

The inspector Lohmann phones him a former member of the Police Department to report a case of forgery. However, before he can testify and reveal the details of the crime, is back mad because of an attack. Lohmann's investigations soon lead him to Dr. Mabuse, but the famous gangster years ago that is confined in a mental hospital, whose director, Dr. Baum, is an eminent psychiatrist who has been left fascinated by the genius of Mabuse and his legacy: a kind of testament in which he describes the path to be followed to establish the Empire of Crime.
