MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1970 film?

During the carnival of Venice corrupted by the game in the eighteenth century, coffee is the headquarters of slander. Don Marzio, the owner, confesses to Trappolo, the waiter, that Eugene has lost all his money playing cards against Count Leander and has pledged earrings Vittoria, his wife, prostituting just to pay off debts husband. Also rumor has it that Leander could marry Lisaura dancer, a prostitute from which Don Marzio was a client, but every time she calls Leander to set the wedding date, this begs the question because it really is married with Placida. Meanwhile, Pandolfo, the owner of the home games, is in debt and the cards that customers usually play are faked.
