MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1956 film?

With much diligence and effort, the Lechner farmer has built up a stately estate. As a wealthy landowner, he trusts that his son Jakob, a studied farmer, will continue to run the farm in his interests. But Jakob is an idealistic young man who does not share his father's ideas. Even the plan to marry him to the daughter Anni of the wealthy mayor Huber does not meet with much approval from Jakob. Especially since he has fallen in love with the young and pretty dairymaid Liesl, whom he recently met on the mountain pasture. But a penniless maid is not befitting a daughter-in-law for the strict patriarch. It comes to a serious dispute between Jakob and his father...
