MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

In a future where a single family controls 90 % of the dry land on the planet, ordinary humans are considered parasites on the surface. The Persona Century Corporation tolerate its presence, but controls the Earth as you crave, massacring people in a whimsical and brutal, and punishing any resistance. The Corporation maintains control mercilessly by the action of murderers, and attacks with satellite precision.
