MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

A couple who are traveling by car to Las Vegas rescues an enigmatic survivor of an apparent accident. But his choice of picking the man eventually lamentándola when being forced to do the unthinkable. On a journey to the paranormal chaos, the couple must take drastic measures to cover up their actions to the local police as they head towards an inescapable fate.
