MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

Julia, a single mom for 40 years, working as a telephone operator. His only passion is to go dancing, but when, inexplicably, desaaparenta dance partner, she will try to locate it at all costs.
