MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Selma, Czech immigrant and single mother, works in the factory of a people of the United States. The only way to escape as routine life is his passion for music, especially the songs and dance numbers from classic Hollywood musicals. Selma hides a grim secret: is losing his sight, but the worst is that your child also will be blind, if she does not get in time, enough money to operate.
