MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1984 film?

A boy falls off his bike somewhere in South America. His name is Ishigami Ryosuke. He has been chasing " Rice Ball ", a demonic force that sweeps the dark all life on Earth, and now his journey in search of revenge for the death of his mother is coming to an end. The confrontation with Bagi, a beloved panther, is just around the corner. It was a year ago when Ryosuke met Bagi. Ryosuke motorcycle usually go when you feel lonely because their parents are too busy to be with him. One day, he discovers a woman as fast and brutal as a jaguar. She is Bagi, the beautiful " cat " that Ryosuke loved and cared for as a kid, and now in front of him in human form. Ryosuke and Bagi on a journey together to solve the " mystery of life ".
