MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Paul and his lovely girlfriend Barbara are celebrating the success of its new dot.com company with partner Vicki Howard and his glamorous wife. The four are enjoying a holiday in the Howard boat on the coast of Galicia. Unexpectedly, the ship hits a reef, leaving Vicki trapped in the wreckage. While Howard stays with her, Paul and Barbara go to the nearest town for help. They arrive at a decrepit fishing village called Imboca, which seems deserted, but staring eyes and still watching from the windows. Finally, there are some strange people who offer help. When Paul returned to the boat is with surprise that Howard and Vicki have disappeared. Meanwhile, Barbara is kidnapped in the town's hotel. Upon returning, Paul is haunted by the strange townspeople. Fleeing to rescue his life, Paul discovers the dark secret of Imboca: all worship Dagon, a monstrous god of the sea, to which all strangers are slaughtered men, skinned alive, and women, offered as brides to satisfy the heartless creature.
