MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

Daffy Duck and Speedy Gonzales are shipwrecked on a desert island. Once there, they discover a mysterious treasure map, treasure ever aaparenta, but instead found the Wishing Well. Daffy Duck decides to build a hotel complex which caters to all famous toons with the intention of realizing their dreams, even though Sam and the Tasmanian Devil did not make things any easier.
