MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1973 film?

Lynn Webster is a troubled young woman who escapes from a psychiatric hospital where he was later imprisoned for murdering his father, who raped her. Lynn ends up in a small town in California where it meets Zambrini, an old farmer who leads the roadside motel. Zambrini also owns a set of pigs kept locked behind his house who have somehow developed a taste for human flesh. Lynn starts killing men who remind him of his late father and Zambrini will help remove the bodies with the help of pigs.
