MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

For many years Lunaria citizens have shared their sacred natural resource, water, to the inhabitants of Shadowlands, exchanging it for advanced technology. In this framework looming wars, where the battle line is increasingly blurred. All until indeed the prince of Lunaria decides that such high-tech wonders and also obsolete water supply cuts. Veronica, the daughter of Prince falls for the heir of Shadowlands. Spies and agents are lurking, Lunaria infiltrate lusting for, in short, to restore the water supply to the whole earth. Meanwhile, a conspiracy is growing as a very evil, Lagado, is determined to win Lunaria. But what about revealing the mysterious Tree of Life ?, Can lead people back to the old and ancient way of happiness and peace away from all destruction ?
