MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1977 film?

Movie about communism and the situation of the workers in Poland in the seventies. In 1976, a teenager from Krakow is making her diploma in film investigates the life of a worker, called Birkut, who at 50 was so fleeting, proletarian hero. Its aim is to investigate how the legend originated and what effects it caused.
