MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

In a post -apocalyptic future, specifically in the year 2808, three prisoners serving life sentences accepted to join the cyber police in exchange for reduced sentences as they fulfill their missions. Your workplace will Oedo, a city that for centuries was known by the name of Tokyo, but now is one of the great capitals of crime and delinquency. The three new cybercops are controlled at all times by means of a safety seal that can not be removed. If they try, they will explode. Also explode if not met within the stipulated missions entrusted to them. Thus, Sengoku, Goggles and Benten, the three prisoners, they will constantly see the most dangerous types of Oedo knowing that at any moment they die, either because the risks of the mission itself, either because of those necklaces. Film consists of three short OVAs, direct -to-video released and directed by renowned Yoshiaki Kawajiri, creator of Ninja Scroll.
