MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Cat Thomas, photographer when you can and most of the time keeper of an apartment block, suffers a terrible shock to discover the bloodied body of his partner Harry. Apparently it is a suicide. It seems that Harry slashed his wrists in the bathroom. But not so simple. Cat grows suspicious when a few hours after you have taken the body, aaparenta a teen actor, Michael Manus, with the intention of moving. How could he know that he was free ? Fate allows Cat overhearing a phone conversation explaining that the actor had a special need that specific apartment. Aided by his friend Jane, the photographer will investigate the newcomer.
