MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

In 1959 Linda Riss maintained an intense affair with Pagach Burt, a lawyer rich and much older than her, who after many years of clandestine relationship, deceived Linda saying that he had divorced his wife. Linda forgave the lie, but when Burt did nothing more to divorce his wife, she began a romance with another human being with yes that was getting married. Frustrated, Burt hired three hitmen to Linda's face disfigured and so prevented the link. As a result of the attack, a toxic liquid was thrown in the face of Linda and left disfigured for life. Burt was arrested and charged 20 years in prison. 16 years later, only to be released, he married Linda. This film is a remake of Love Is a Dog from Hell (1987), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
