MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Nicole Oakley, problematic teenager and daughter of a wealthy congressman, attends public school in Pacific Palisades. As an act of rebellion, it is proposed to conquer Carlos Nunez, an accomplished but poor student to be across town by bus to get to the prestigious school. Against the omens of friends and family, the couple falls in love and lives a true romance.
