MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1992 film?

Mixing real and cartoon characters. When the ex -convict and cartoonist Jack Deebs was behind bars, he found a way to escape by creating Cool World, a comic book series with a character named Holli Would voluptuous. But the artist ends up being a prisoner of his own fantasies when Holli pulls him Cool World, with intent to seduce her and become a real being. A tough detective, the other being Real Cool World, warns Jack of the law: noids can not have sex with doodles. And despite all the flesh proves to be weaker than ink, but just taking shape human Holli in Las Vegas, beginning a chase through different dimensions that threatens the destruction of both worlds.
