MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

When an accident because three workers at a chocolate factory fall into the mass of the product, managers find that the taste is much better and people love it. But there is a problem: a young man who aspires to a seat on the company presence casually done. The risk management can not confess to the police what has happened.
